Wholesale Policy Steps to becoming a new wholesale customer. Step 1 Complete an online application at the top of the page and submit. Click on "Sign Up" at the top of the page. Step 2 Fax your business license and resale certificate to 314-635-5262. If you do not submit a resale certificate we will fax one to you to sign for our records and you must return the signed form back. Once these items are received and on file you will be issued a username and password via email. You will receive your username and password within one business day. Please remember we can not issue a username or password until we receive your resale certificate and or business license. Steps to accessing wholesale pricing There are two different methods you can use to access your special pricing. Option 1 You can log in with your username and password at the Wholesale Sign Up page. Option 2 You can log in at any of the "Wholesalers SAVE EVEN MORE" which will direct you to the product detail page and you can log in here. You only have to sign in once per session. Once you have logged in at either location you are free to shop and all special pricing will be displayed. New Account Requirement In order to become a Let's Dress It Up distributor your company must be industry related i.e. scrapbooking, cardmaking or other craft related establishment. Please note we do not distribute for intent to resale on ebay or similar sites. We do not offer sales for groups, party demonstrators or for personal use. Brand Identity If listing Lets Dress It Up products on an online store we do require that our name be associated with each product listing. We highly prefer that if your website lists products by manufacturer that we are listed in this directory as well. Dormant Accounts Any business with inactivity of one year or more will be considered an inactive account and will be required to meet new account requirements. Payment Information We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Paypal All orders are prepaid USD Checks are accepted but order is held until check clears. Money orders are accepted as well. COD is not accepted. Companies who operate off purchase orders should call for special account set up at 314-635-5431. Terms will be established at that time. Shipping All orders are shipped free standard USPS within the USA. Choose ground at checkout for the free shipping option. Upgraded services are available at time of checkout but are not offered as part of the free shipping. All international orders will be sent UPS and tracking number provided when order is processed. Free shipping does not apply to international orders at this time. All orders are shipped same day if order is placed by 2:00P.M. CST. We are not responsible for freight carrier damage, lost or refused orders. Also, we are not responsible for duties or taxes. Please see shipping for further details. Returns/Refunds All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee if other than manufacturer defect or error. Returns are accepted up to 14 days from merchandise receipt. Shipping will be covered for manufacturer defect and errors. All returns must be issued a return authorization number. Please contact us at 314-635-5431 for your return auth number. All returns must be in original packaging, unopened and unpriced. Refunds will be issued to your credit card account or if paying by check a company issued check will be issued to you.
