All USA orders are sent via USPS (United States Postal Service).  These orders are sent First Class through USPS and no tracking is provided.  When checking out ground (5-7) days will appear for all US residents including Alaska and Hawaii.

All orders over $50.00 are free.

Shipping -International

• All international orders are shipped via USPS.  An email confirmation provided when products are shipped.  We are not responsible for lost orders.     
• UPS Ground is offered to Puerto Rico residents only.
• UPS Standard is offered to Canada but some geographical areas may not be covered.
• UPS Worldwide Expedited offered as shipment method (most economical)
• UPS Worldwide Saver offered as a shipment method (next expensive)
• UPS Worldwide Express offered as a shipment method (most expensive)
• APO addresses are not available through UPS.  These are sent United States Postal Service and no guarantee is offered.

 Retail Return Policy

• 14 day return policy from day of receipt of product.  A 20% restocking fee will apply to all items returned other than manufacturer defect or error.
• Shipping and handling is nonrefundable
• You must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) issued prior to returning product for any reason.  Please contact us at 314.635.5431 or email us at customerservice@letsdressitup.com.  This number must accompany return.
• All packages must be unopened, undamaged, with no pricing present and in new condition.

Let's Dress It Up does offer upgraded shipping services but arrangements must be made in advance to placing order.  Please call us at 314.635.5431 for upgrading services.
